Street Cooker creates seasonal comfort fusion using traditional techniques only your grandmother could appreciate, while breaking barriers to put a twist on traditional dishes. You can find us weekly around Bozeman, MT or you can hire our food truck to cater your party, wedding, corporate event or business conference. Our mobile model allows us to serve gourmet fare at locations throughout Western Montana.
The seasonal 2018 menu continues with “Fall Feast,” featuring fresh Empanadas & our new Apple Caramel Churro dessert. All of our dishes are handmade and locally sourced with ingredients that are as fresh as they get, prepped at Bridger Kitchens and finished to at the truck. Part of the love of our craft is we are always experimenting and consider nothing off limits. Check out our upcoming schedule & menu to book us today.
Kyle Jackson and Jared Johns both grew up in Missoula, became friends in high school playing hockey and worked together at a local restaurant. After spending a year at the University of Montana, Jared decided to move to San Diego and continue his education on the beach. After a year at Montana State, Kyle decided to feed his passion of food and started looking for culinary schools. He chose the San Diego Culinary Institute and they became roommates, dreaming of one day owning their own business. After Kyle graduated from culinary school, he came to Jared with a food truck concept and they agreed to team up back in their home state. Heading to Bozeman, MT they launched Street Cooker in 2018 after spending several months perfecting recipes and renovating their new truck. With Kyle as the head chef and Jared handling the management, they are always experimenting with new styles and want to master all types of food to bring to Montana.
Hire Street Cooker to cater your Holiday party, wedding, corporate event or business conference. We’re still accepting catering gigs for the 2018 Holiday Season, but please allow a week’s notice to ensure your reservation. Give us a call for the catering menu & ask about hosting at Bridger Kitchens.
